HS Orka operates a certified management system that manages policies, objectives and procedures, ensuring the reliability of operations and ensuring that internal and external requirements are met.
Internal audits were carried out by HS Orka and external audits were carried out by BSI. Subsequent improvements were made and quality committee meetings were held every other week to assess the quality system and therby ensure continuous improvement.
The ISO 14001 environmental management system and the OHSAS 18001 safety management system were implemented this year and work on this will continue next year. The aim is to complete certification by the spring of 2018.
